Hi Reader!
A few nights ago, I woke up after an unsettling dream. It wasnât a nightmare, but it certainly was uneasy.
While awake, I calmed myself by breathing and taking the time to figure out what it meant. The main worry was thinking it could be a premonitory dream like Iâve had others. So, after a few moments, these words came to me: Stay in the present.
I asked my spirit guide what that all was, and he said, âWell, youâve had that fear for a while now,â to which I responded, âSo, was it a projection of my fear?â âSĂâ, he said.
I focused on the present momentâthere, quiet on my bed, breathingâand the unease disappeared. Every time after that moment that the thought of the dream tried to show up, I would bring myself to the present time, wherever and whenever that was, and would feel a peaceful sensation.
After just one day, the idea or even memory of the dream wouldnât dare reappear because my consciousness wouldnât let it inâinstead, I would feel inner peace.
How often have we heard about staying in the present or living in the present but not figuring out what that might mean? I know, for myself, sometimes itâs just been a way to calm my thoughts. But what if itâs not only the thoughts but connecting with my soul altogether?
A couple of months ago, I heard someone on the spiritual path say that the 5D (5th Dimension) consisted of staying in the present moment.
I believe that happened when I woke up from that dream and learned I could manage the situation by focusing on where I was at that moment and not thinking or feeling anything else. That gave me peace, and I felt aligned again.
What do you do when you have unsettling dreams? Let me know by replying to this email if you feel like sharing.
I wish you the best of dreams and insights into what theyâre trying to show you.

Hi! While Iâm working on a video about spiritual awakening for my YouTube channel, Iâve revisited the learnings and the process I just went through for almost four monthsâfrom July to October this yearâwhich was full circle about a month ago, in early November. It felt like a character achieving another level in a game, which comes from a person who is not a gamer (but can get a little carried away playing UNO) and yet itâs the best way I could picture it right now. I was taken to face some...
Hello, hello, I just came back home from my first bike ride to/from the supermarket. As I don't have a car at the moment, I get car rides sometimes or walk over there and take an Uber back home, or walk back home if I'm not carrying a lot of weight. I do have a bike though. But I'd never used it for light loads of groceries because of different fears I've put together over the years. So, for the past two days, I've wanted to avoid the 35-minute walk there and ride my bike instead, but fear...
Hello, my fellow adventurer, I just wanted to pass by and leave a little reminder here. A reminder that even when things look challenging, you can overcome any situation. This is a reminder that, by staying in the present moment and following your heartâs guidance of joy, peace, love, excitement, and inspiration, youâll get closer to the wisdom that lives inside you. A reminder that staying in the present connects you to your higher version of self and the magic available for you. A reminder...
