💜⛈️ Is It Intuition or Is It Fear?

As someone who for a long time felt paralyzing fear, but whose intuition was communicating to me regularly, at some point I started wondering whether what I was feeling was an intuitive knowledge of some situation or was just fear based on my past experiences.

For the hold fear had on me during that extended period of my life, my intuition didn’t get silenced per se, but its voice wasn’t passing through the veil of my fears. So, there were situations where it was screaming at me and I would ignore it and instead feel my painful but familiar old fear.

Because what the intuition was pointing at me did turn into situations I could have avoided had I listened to it and acted accordingly to protect myself, I started noticing that such a protective voice actually existed.

So, several years ago—if you read my book you know it was some 18-year continuous process for me—whenever a situation seemed emotionally dangerous or a person’s energy/behavior felt off, I started being more conscious about what was happening.

I made myself aware of this reflection and eventual realization by recognizing another actor in the play: PEACE.

I had already walked the path of healing to some extent, and even if I was still far from my awakening moment, I for sure had the self-awareness that helped me recognize the difference—therefore the existence of a compass-like difference—between fear and intuition.

PEACE would present itself and fill me with power over the situation. So, even if fear would like to enter the game and overcome me, a strong sense of calm and power would take over me instead. A calm I didn’t accept without my ego protesting at the beginning, finding myself wondering whether I should pay attention to that sense of safety in making a decision that would protect me, instead of listening to my anxieties. The ego.

This realization made me feel more courageous about the emotional situation at hand and got me more attuned to my higher self, without me knowing so clearly what the higher self was back then—or higher mind, as Bashar refers to it—or what was happening there. But now I know that’s what I was going through.

Each person’s higher self guides them through love, excitement, joy, and PEACE, among other beautiful ways. Therefore, in a situation that feels off, a sensation usually coming from our core (our gut), the call to action comes from a place of peace. Inner peace. Peace of mind. What feels peaceful is the voice of our intuition. It’s an inexplicable knowing: the alignment with Divine knowing.

How do you recognize the difference between fear and intuition in your life? Let me know by replying to this email, I’d love to have these conversations.

I go into more detail about that connection with the higher self in my workshop Personal Power is THE Superpower. Also, I added a video there for you to see what is on the other side of signing up.

Have a beautiful rest of your week.

Hi! While I’m working on a video about spiritual awakening for my YouTube channel, I’ve revisited the learnings and the process I just went through for almost four months—from July to October this year—which was full circle about a month ago, in early November. It felt like a character achieving another level in a game, which comes from a person who is not a gamer (but can get a little carried away playing UNO) and yet it’s the best way I could picture it right now. I was taken to face some...

Hello, hello, I just came back home from my first bike ride to/from the supermarket. As I don't have a car at the moment, I get car rides sometimes or walk over there and take an Uber back home, or walk back home if I'm not carrying a lot of weight. I do have a bike though. But I'd never used it for light loads of groceries because of different fears I've put together over the years. So, for the past two days, I've wanted to avoid the 35-minute walk there and ride my bike instead, but fear...

Hello, my fellow adventurer, I just wanted to pass by and leave a little reminder here. A reminder that even when things look challenging, you can overcome any situation. This is a reminder that, by staying in the present moment and following your heart’s guidance of joy, peace, love, excitement, and inspiration, you’ll get closer to the wisdom that lives inside you. A reminder that staying in the present connects you to your higher version of self and the magic available for you. A reminder...
